For the Weber Beef Wood Chips, Weber have blended a specially chosen mix of nutwood, broadleaf and fruit tree wood chips to add a spicy, strong flavour to all types of beef, be it steaks, brisket or hamburgers. For the perfect flavour soak the chips in water for at least 30 minutes before using and simply add to hot coals and can also be used with gas barbecues in conjunction with the Weber Smoker Box.
