The stainless steel skewer can easily hold and turn food up to 5,5kg. It is particularly important to mantain a high temperature in the oven when baking pizza. To avoid having to open the lid when placing the pizza, the cooking space extension ring has a practical insert with 2 handles that can be removed. The insert prevents heat escaping when the pizza is removed or placed in the oven.
